Badge Refunds
The Sangawa Project does not offer refunds for badges.
Lost Badges
There are no replacements for lost or stolen badges. A lost or stolen badge must be replaced at the "at door" rate.
Transferring Badges
A pre-registered badge may be transfered free of charge up until 1 July 2012. There are no transfering of badges after that date. Persons caught transfering a badge at the event will have the badge confiscated and the persons will be removed from the site.
Merchandise
Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. If the item is sold out, then a refund will be issued.
